To Measure: Lay your favorite shirt flat and measure from armpit to armpit and top of the shoulder to bottom of the shirt and compare it to our size chart.

Ladies: If you order your normal size, it will be a nice relaxed fit. Order one size down if you prefer a slimmer fit. Size up if you want it oversized.

Guys: Your normal size will be a relaxed fit. Size up if you want an oversized fit.
