Most of our products are made to order so most of the time we can't offer returns and exchanges of sizes / design unless the items you receive have issues. We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction guarantee so please contact us immediately if there's issues with your order!

DEFECT PRODUCTS DUE TO OUR ERROR

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective / damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  • sending you a replacement free of charge or issuing a refund back to your method of payment.
  • and you can keep the item!
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us at info@litestyledesigns.com within 14 days with clear photos of the wrong / damaged product. Make sure the issue and the print are visible in one shot. We will then look into the problem and respond within 24 hours.
