Returns Policy

RETURNS
  • All returns are for STORE CREDIT only. Our items are made to order. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling.
  • We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment unless it’s a defective product (see more info below).
  • The refund is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • All returns must be sent back within 14 days of product delivery and items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and in their original condition.
  • Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as "Final Sale", washed/worn merchandise, hats, drinkware, and custom orders.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be inspected, and processed. Please allow 3-6 business days for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website. Store Credit does not expire.


DEFECT PRODUCTS DUE TO OUR ERROR

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

  • Sending you a replacement free of charge or issuing a cash refund back to your method of payment.
  • And you can even keep the item!
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us at info@litestyledesigns.com within 14 days with clear photos of the wrong/damaged product. Make sure the issue and the print are visible in one shot. We will then look into the problem and respond within 24 hours.
