Exchanges & Cancellations

All of our products are made to order so cannot be returned or exchanged. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Cancellations can be made within 4 hours from when your order is placed. Pleas contact us within the timeframe, and we will be happy to assist you.
