HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

The average production time is not definite but almost all orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the order submission date. The shipping time depends on your location. Usually, it takes about 3-8 days. (Hooded blankets can take up to 12 business days.)

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if you order more than 4 items, production may take longer. Please allow additional days for production.

Please note delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during the holiday season.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will be happy to answer you within 24 hours.

Please note - if you ordered more than one item, it may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one package and tracking.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 4 hours. We can't amend once this has gone into processing so we can't promise anything. 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

We print the exact number of items based on the orders received, ensuring there are no extras. Therefore, exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.

As we don't offer returns or exchanges, please make sure to check the sizing chart and measurements before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit the first time.

Additionally, we provide a 50% discount on the price of the item for a replacement order, allowing you to keep the original. This covers the cost for us to reprint the item, as we are unable to process exchanges.

MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT ON THE ORDER, CAN I CHANGE?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we can change this for you. Unfortunately we can't make any promises if you get in touch with us too late.

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, or the item is not what you ordered, or has any issues like manufacturing errors, or printing issues and such, we can offer a replacement order free of charge or a refund.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with photos of the wrong/damaged product, where the issue and the print are visible in one shot, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

MY ORDER HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED?

Please get in touch if your order has still not arrived 15 working days after the order is placed. At busy periods like Christmas, many orders can be delayed so please bear this in mind before contacting us.
