HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

The average production time is not definite but almost all orders are shipped within 2-4 days from the order submission date. The shipping time depends on your location. Usually, it takes about 3-8 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if you order more than 4 items, production may take longer. Please allow additional days for production.

Please note delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during the holiday season.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will be happy to answer you within 24 hours.

Please note - if you ordered more than one item, it may be shipped separately and you may receive more than one package and tracking. 

WHY AREN'T ALL MY ITEMS IN ONE PACKAGE?

We use multiple print providers, which sometimes results in your items coming from various locations. If you are unable to see tracking for your additional items please contact us and we will make sure to send your secondary tracking information for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR?

We print the exact number of items based on the orders received, ensuring there are no extras. Therefore, exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product.

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, or the item is not what you ordered, or has any issues like manufacturing errors, or printing issues and such, we can offer a replacement order free of charge or a refund.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery with photos of the wrong/damaged product, where the issue and the print are visible in one shot, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 12 hours. We can't amend once this has gone into processing so we can't promise anything. 

MY ADDRESS IS INCORRECT ON THE ORDER, CAN I CHANGE?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we can change this for you. Unfortunately we can't make any promises if you get in touch with us too late.

MY ORDER HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED?

Please get in touch if your order has still not arrived 15 working days after the order is placed. At busy periods like Christmas, many orders can be delayed so please bear this in mind before contacting us.
